In recent months, we’ve encountered many situations where customers take low-quality photos or videos of their motorbike or scooter during pickup. Later, when returning the bike, questions arise: Was that scratch there before? Was that crack existing? Where did this dent come from?
To prevent any misunderstandings or disputes, we’ve introduced a new standard:
We now record a full video of each motorbike before handing it over to the customer.
Full exterior condition of the bike: plastic, body, wheels, mirrors, indicators, handlebar, seat, etc.
The disc brake lock – included in the rental and must be returned.
The bike’s official documents – shown clearly on video with document number.
Also included: keys, helmets, and any additional gear provided.
Customer-taken photos or videos are often incomplete, blurry, or miss key areas.
Many forget to record the underside, sides, under-seat plastic, documents, or locks.
Return disputes are quickly and fairly resolved if we have video proof from the start of the rental.
We record a detailed video of the scooter or motorcycle before delivery.
The video is stored in our system for reference.
You can still take your own photos or videos — we encourage that!
Upon return, we compare the condition with the original video. Quick and transparent.
