Wongamat is the northern, quieter seaside part of Pattaya — administratively it belongs to Naklua. Naklua Road runs north from the Dolphin Roundabout at the top end of Beach Road, and short sois drop from it down to the water: Naklua Soi 12, 16 and 18, the last of which most people simply call Soi Wongamat. These sois hold the beachfront hotels and condominiums — Centara Grand Mirage, Pullman Pattaya Hotel G on Soi 16, COSI Pattaya Wong Amat Beach and dozens of smaller residences. Wongamat Beach is noticeably calmer than the city beach, and the centre of Pattaya is only about 3 km away.
The area has exactly one drawback, and it is transport. Songthaews run along Naklua Road but rarely go deep into the sois, and the walk from a hotel gate to the main road can be 600–800 metres in full sun. That is why a motorbike in Wongamat is a practical necessity rather than a luxury: Terminal 21 and Central Festival are 10–15 minutes away, the Sanctuary of Truth about five.
Our Naklua office sits on Naklua Road — in your own neighbourhood, 5–10 minutes from most Wongamat hotels. We are open daily from 10:00 to 20:00 and paperwork takes about 10 minutes: all we need is your passport, from which we make a copy. The original stays with you — we never keep a passport as a deposit. You can pick the bike up yourself or order paid delivery to your hotel.

The longer the rental, the cheaper the day: from 7 days a Click 110 works out at 150 ฿ a day, and a month costs about the same as ten days at the daily rate. The full table for all models is on the prices page.
Wongamat is almost flat: Naklua Road follows the shoreline without any real climbs and the sois down to the sea are short. Engine size matters less here than size and handling — what counts is how the bike behaves in a narrow soi with pickups parked on both kerbs.
Every bike comes with two helmets and we stay in touch with you for the whole rental period. The cash deposit is 2 000 ฿ for models up to 160cc and 5 000 ฿ for 300–350cc; a bicycle is 1 000 ฿. Our bikes are new and serviced — if something breaks, we swap the bike.

Naklua Road is the district's single artery: two lanes each way, a central divider with U-turn gaps and a dense flow at peak hours. The danger is not speed but the U-turns — cars pull across the road, and bikes roll out of the sois without stopping. Keep to the left lane and do not overtake on the right as you approach a U-turn gap.
Soi 12 is busy with tour coaches heading for the Sanctuary of Truth during the day, and in the narrow section passing them is awkward. Soi 16 and Soi 18 are calmer, but full of blind exits from condo gates.
The Dolphin Roundabout, where Naklua meets Beach Road, is the most nervous spot in the area: four flows converge and Beach Road beyond it is one-way southbound. If you need to head north, use Pattaya Nua (North Pattaya Road) or Second Road instead.
Fuel: full PTT and Bangchak stations sit on Naklua Road and on Pattaya Nua near the Sukhumvit junction; inside the sois you will only find roadside bottle sellers. Fill up at a proper pump before a long ride. We hand the bike over fuelled and ask you to return it the same way.
In Naklua, checkpoints are usually set up on Naklua Road near the Dolphin Roundabout and at the exits towards Sukhumvit, most often in the first half of the day. Officers check helmets and driving licences.
We do not require a licence to sign the rental — your passport is enough. But under Thai law you may only ride with a category A or A1 licence (Thai or international), and that is what the police check. The fine for riding without a licence is 500–1 000 ฿, for riding without a helmet 500 ฿, and the rider pays it. We hand over two helmets, for rider and passenger. Delivery runs from our Naklua office — the same district, so a bike usually reaches a Wongamat hotel faster than anywhere else in town. Delivery across Pattaya takes 30 to 90 minutes depending on the address and how busy we are. Delivery is a paid service and the price depends on the address; the manager quotes it before you book.
